AWS Cloud9 Your request failed because there’s a conflict with the current state of the target resource

AWS (Amazon Web Services) provides services from various regions that was the major reason for that. This is a simple issue which can be resolved within 2 minutes by changing the region. First we need to note the region where our EC2 or Lightsail instance is created. If suppose your instance is in US East (N. Virginia)us-east-1 and you try to create cloud 9 instance cloud 9 from US East (Ohio) us-east-2 that will create this issue. To resolve make sure both the location are with in same region that is US East (N. Virginia)us-east-1 in this case.
